*As information, Kizzume and I talked about this earlier, hence, picking up in the middle of it now.

Well, it still seems to be acting up. If I were to disable it; Would Windows detect it again and give me a fresh start? Just a theory.

You MUST UNinstall the old drivers completely, including the ATI Catalyst control panel. Restart the computer, THEN install the new drivers.

Well, it seems to be working, but I can't uninstall the drivers. Remember that the option is grayed out. Uninstalling the ATI Catalyst would be easy enough though.
