Standalone. And I would answer about command line, but I have no idea what that is......  |
Hahah you would know if you were. It's using a command prompt to type in something like
c:\lame.exe -c audiofile.mp3 128 -d
or something like that. I just made that up.

I may end up using this
For now I am happy with how my results turned out though. Even if its an old encoder, I have never heard my music, compressed, sounding any crisper. Better than the WMA conversion i'd say
